Benedicta Afokhai is an award-winning Real Estate Professional with over 6 years of experience in Property Sales, Investments, and Real Estate Consulting.
She established Nedis Realtors Nigeria in 2017 because of her desire to assist in the reduction of the housing deficit experienced in Nigeria.
Her mission is to ensure every working professional in the formal and informal sector can afford to have a home of their own and become a real estate investor. Nedis Realtors Nigeria has partnered with reputable developers to make affordable housing available through flexible payment plans and mortgage facilities.
She currently establishes a link between investors in Nigeria and in the diaspora with property owners to ensure value for money and good returns on real estate investments. With over a thousand happy clients across the globe, she is your go-to consultant for all things real estate investment in Nigeria.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lagos State University and has over twelve years of training in consulting and vendor management. She is also a globally certified facilitator and consultant in sales, people management, and emotional intelligence.
